ACCESSIBLITY If you have a special need, please inform your Ticket Office representative when purchasing tickets. We will be happy to assist you in arranging any services you require to make your visit enjoyable. Sound Enhancement: The Weidner Center uses a Sound Enhancement System to amplify stage dialogue. Assistive Listening Sets are available for no charge at Coat Check. A driver's license or major credit card is required. Hearing loops and headsets may be used in any seat in the theatre (216.025 MHz). Wheelchair Accessibility: • All facilities are wheelchair accessible; please discuss seating needs when ordering tickets. • Patrons may request to be met at the Main Entrance by a staff member with a wheelchair. Please contact the House Manager at 920-465-2810. • Automatic door openers are located at the Main, Bus Canopy and Southwest Entrances. • Restrooms with automatic door openers are located on east and west sides of the Orchestra level. • Valet parking is $4 for patrons requiring accessible parking; based upon availability. Vehicle must have handicap plates, tag or sticker. EMERGENCY Power Outage: If the power goes out during a performance, the emergency lighting system will be activated. Patrons should remain seated and await instructions from House Management. Weather Emergency: In the event of severe or threatening weather, an announcement will be made. If a tornado warning is issued, the safest place to be is inside the performance hall away from windows and glass. House Management will keep you informed and let you know when the emergency has passed. Injuries: If you have an accident or need medical attention, please contact House Management immediately. Our trained staff is on hand to assist you. Fire Alarms: The Weidner Center is equipped with state- of-the-art smoke and fire monitoring systems. At times, the fire alarms may be activated by fog and smoke machines used on stage during performances. If the alarm system sounds, please: • Wait for instructions from House Management. • If evacuation is necessary, you will be directed to WALK to the closest exit. The Exit Sign nearest your seat is the shortest and safest route to the outside of the building. In the event of an emergency, walk to that exit; an usher will assist you. SERVICES & POLICIES Weidner Center Administrative Offices: 920-465-2726 Emergency (during a performance): 920-465-2800 Persons expecting emergency calls can leave seat locations with the Coat Check attendant. An usher will notify you in the event of an emergency. Lobby doors and Ticket Office open 90 minutes prior to curtain. Parking: Free, secure and well-lit parking is available in the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay parking lots around the Weidner Center. In addition, valet parking is available for most performances at a cost of $8 per vehicle. Valet parking is $4 for patrons requiring handicap accessible parking. Vehicle must have handicap plates, tag or sticker. Valet service is not available for Fort Howard Hall performances; instead, a convenient drop-off location is located at the back canopy entrance. Restrooms are located on the east and west sides of the Orchestra Lobby and on the east side of the Mezzanine and Lower Balcony Lobbies. Elevators are located on the east and west sides of the Weidner Center. Food and Beverages are not permitted inside the theatre with the exception of bottled water purchased at the venue. A variety of sandwiches, desserts and coffee are available in the Signature Lounge, located on the Mezzanine level, at select events. Opera Glasses may be checked out from Coat Check at no charge. A driver's license or major credit card is required. Lost Items: Call the House Manager's Office at 920-465-2810 to reclaim lost items. Tickets: On a performance day, the ticket windows at the Weidner Center will open 90 minutes prior to the performance time. Tickets may also be purchased online at WeidnerCenter.com, by phone at 920-494-3401 or 1-800-895-0071 or at any Ticket Star location. Every individual, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Prohibited: • Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, inside the building • The carrying of firearms or other weapons within the Weidner Center • The use of recording and electronic devices during performances We want your visit to be a safe and enjoyable experience for you and your family.
